Joe Alberts is currently responsible for the marketing and leasing of 1.3 million square feet in Chicago’s central business district. Since joining Lincoln in 1999, Joe has successfully represented ownership in over 500 office leases that total more than 3 million square feet. He has worked with diver ownership groups including REITs, institutional owners, private clients, pension funds and private equity to achieve above market rental rates and occupancy, thereby adding value to their assets. Joe provides detailed financial analysis and keen market awareness for his clients. He leads negotiation of business and legal terms of new leases, lease renewals, and expansions. Joe is a member of the COLBA and is an active participant in the downtown Chicago real estate community. He is a graduate of Indiana University.
