Since joining the Company Joe has been involved in numerous leasing, acquisition, disposition, development, and financing projects and has implemented operational improvements across the organization.
Mr. Albrecht graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, from The Ohio State University with a Master of Business Administration, holds the CCIM designation, and is a long-time ICSC member.
Prior to joining the Company Mr. Albrecht served in the United States Peace Corps teaching Computer Science at the high-school level in the eastern Caribbean.
