Mr. Bartlett joined MAA in December 2016 following the merger with Post Properties, Inc. Prior to joining Post in 2009, he was an associate with King and Spalding, where he worked in Real Estate and Capital Markets.
Mr. Bartlett earned his JD degree from the Vanderbilt University School of Law and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Kentucky with a BBA in Finance and Management. Mr. Bartlett holds real estate broker licenses (inactive status) in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
