New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker and is in the real estate brokerage business since 1979.<br /><br />Graduated St. Francis College in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business.<br /><br />I have been brokering residential and commercial mortgage loans since 1982 and a real estate developer since 1984. <br /><br />I am a member of numerous organizations and has received various awards of which some include: <br />Served as President of The Queens Real Estate Board for the years 1996 and 1997.<br /> <br />Served as Board Chairman of The Queens Real Estate Board for the years 1998 and 1999.<br /> <br />Served as President of the Western Queens Chapter of the Long Island Board of Realtors.<br /> <br />Current director of the Western Queens Chapter of the Long Island Board of Realtors since 1999.<br /><br />Vice President of the Middle Village Property Owners and Residence Association.<br /><br />Recipient of the 2015 Kings of Queens Award. <br /><br />
