As an Assistant Vice President, Joseph Danaker is responsible for sourcing, conducting due diligence and closing transactions for HOGAN clients and managed projects. Prior to joining HOGAN, Mr. Danaker led corporate real estate assignments in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area with CBRE and previously with The Ezra Company. During his tenure, Mr. Danaker advised a variety of clients on leasing requirements across multiple asset classes, with a focus on Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation and Capital Markets.
A Montgomery County, Maryland native, Mr. Danaker is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook, with a B.S. in Political Science. He has volunteered his time with youth sports-related and veteran charitable organizations, and currently serves as Secretary of the Military Bowl Foundation’s Junior Board of Directors
