Joe Davis is a Director, Transaction Management in CBRE Chicago’s Advisory & Transaction Services group, joining the firm after the 2014 acquisition of U.S. Equities Realty. Joe advises corporations, professional service firms, startups and not-for-profit organizations on all matters relating to commercial real estate including lease negotiations, lease restructures, office relocations, buy versus lease decisions and space efficiency analyses.
Early in his career, Joe worked on the management teams of two prestigious downtown office buildings and later as part of a team overseeing a portfolio of 2.6 million square feet of real estate throughout the Chicagoland area.
