Joe began his Real Estate career in 2000. He is a Partner/Investor of KW Tuscaloosa where he heads the Commercial Sales Department, as well as a Partner/Commercial Property Manager at Duckworth-Morris Real Estate. He is a lifelong resident of Tuscaloosa. His Civic Affiliations include: Board Member- Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors, Chairman of the Board- Tuscaloosa County Park and Recreation Authority, Treasurer- Tuscaloosa HealthCare Authority, Board Member- Indian Hills Country Club. He is married to Former University of Alabama Head Gymnastics Coach Dana Dobransky Duckworth, and they have 2 children.
