As a Napa Valley resident for over 24 years, Joe Fischer has worked on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions for more than 18 years as an owner's, tenant's, buyer's, and landlord's representative. Alongside his former Strong & Hayden partner, Patrick Gleeson, he managed sale and lease transactions covering more than 1.9 million square feet of in-place and developable building area. In total, these transactions represented over $391 million in sale and lease contracts for the commercial clients they assisted.
With extensive experience working with diverse clients and an in-depth knowledge of the City and County of Napa, Joe expertly guides developers, investors, buyers, retailers, restaurateurs, industrial tenants, and landlords in evaluating opportunities throughout the Valley. Once a deal is in place, he ensures a seamless transition from proposal to completed transaction.
