Bio
Joe is a Vice President with the Institutional Properties team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has over 11 years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in the valuation and disposition of investment properties, land sales, recaps, pre-commits and larger complicated transactions covering the entire Northeast with a focus in Greater Philadelphia. Joe has represented institutional clients, real estate developers, and advisory services for corporate real estate clients throughout his career.
Joe is a member of the Institutional Properties Philadelphia team, which focuses on the disposition of industrial investment properties primarily in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Northern Maryland. He joined CBRE in 2021. In 2022, the team completed 45 Industrial transactions totaling 20.8 million square feet representing $3 billion in total value. Prior to joining CBRE, Joe was a Vice President on the Capital Markets team at Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania for 2 years; a Senior Financial Analyst on the Capital Markets team at Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania for 6 years; and an Appraisal Associate at SC&H Group for 1 year.
Joe is also a member of CBRE National Partners, a partnership that delivers superior strategy and execution over the industrial property life cycle. Located in the 12 key logistics hubs, the 115 investment sales and support professionals connect local market insight to a national capital markets perspective. Enhanced by a fully integrated debt platform, the National Partners team are able to achieve remarkable results for their national, regional and local clients. In 2022, the team successfully completed 418 transactions totaling 166 million square feet with an aggregate value of $21.6 billion.
