Professional Expertise: In March 2005, Joe joined Cushman & Wakefield in Corporate Solutions and managed office lease transactions for Humana, Inc and P&G. Between 2005 and 2008 Joe completed over 300 Corporate Solution transactions. He oversaw the full-service transaction process requirements such as engagement of co-brokers, proposal and lease negotiations, and construction coordination. In 2008, Joe made the transition to office leasing. He currently specializes in the sales and leasing of office properties throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky markets.
