Joe Lodes joined the LCRE team in 2021 with 6 years of combined college internship and work experience in the commercial real estate industry. Motivated and diligent, Joe has quickly become a critical member of our brokerage team working on both tenant and landlord representation.
Joe began his commercial real estate career as a Senior Transaction Coordinator with Cushman & Wakefield’s portfolio services center, specializing in the WW (formerly Weight Watchers) account. Joe worked in both the Chicago and St. Louis offices.
At LCRE, Joe has become an active team player on our property leasing team, providing services to institutional REITs as well as local landlords.
Joe is a graduate of Maryville University St. Louis, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Financial Services. He is a licensed Real Estate salesman and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
