Joseph Lowry oversees the company’s new business development and acquisitions efforts, including the evaluation of shopping centers listed for sale and sourcing off-market retail investment opportunities for the firm’s clients. He also spearheads the marketing of Levin’s third-party services to institutions, fund managers and private owners. The long-time industry veteran joined Levin in 2009. He began his career as a real estate representative for McDonald’s Corporation in western Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Levin, he held director-level positions with Equity One and WP Realty. Joe earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of ICSC.
