Knowledge: New Jersey has been home since "almost" day one...born in Philly. Raised in Willingboro (JFK 78'). Graduated from Penn State with a B.S. Degree in Accounting in 1982. Graduated with a Juris Doctorate from The Delaware Law School of Widener University in 1985. I practiced law for over 25 years handling litigated matters from New Jersey to California to Florida. I left the practice in 2012 after a significant car accident. I returned to business consulting until deciding to pour all of my skills, knowledge and experience into helping buyers and sellers move smoothly and efficiently through their real estate transactions and into the next stage of their lives.
I lived in Marlton for 16 years and have now lived in Medford for 25 years. New Jersey is my home and South Jersey is my backyard.
Experience: From the first call to the final agreement of sale, lease and closing document, I have handled virtually every part of the residential and commercial process...many times over. My experience gives us a leg up on the ability to identify potential issues and resolve concerns that matter to my clients...and to be a force in getting deals done.
Plan: It serves no purpose to a start anything as serious as purchasing or investing in real estate or a business without a plan for success. This starts with identifying my client's goals and developing a strategy to achieve their goals. We have the tools to be surgical in our approach to make that happen. I take it that seriously.
