Joe Mills began his commercial real estate career in 2001, training under one of the market’s leading investment brokers. Over the past two decades, he has built a reputation as one of Utah’s most trusted retail real estate specialists, representing both landlords and tenants in complex, high-value transactions. Joe has directed full tenant rollout programs and played a key role in expanding both emerging and nationally recognized brands throughout the state.
In 2024 alone, Joe and his team closed more than 100 transactions totaling over $161 million in volume. His client roster includes nationally recognized retailers such as EoS Fitness, Wells Fargo, Café Rio, Mo’ Bettahs, Rivian, Ashley Furniture, AT&T, Wendy’s, Eyeglass World, America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, Get Air, Cupbop, JETSET Pilates, Great Clips, Kohler, MOD Pizza, Modern Display, and Einstein Bros.
