Joe Mivshek is an investment strategist for buyers, sellers and investors in residential and commercial. Joe has a background in sales and marketing that started in newspaper many years ago. Joe was born and raised in Wyoming and moved to Colorado 40+ years ago after college.
Joe has 4 children and a lovely wife, all great kids in school and life. His life is centered around his family and helping other kids achieve. Joe founded several youth programs (Kids Nite Out, Northern Colorado Hoops, Cuppy's Coffee), he also started up several companies including The School Newsletter Company which has given back over $1 Million to schools in Larimer County.
Joe loves coaching buyers, sellers and investors as much as he enjoys coaching youth sports which he has done for 45 years.
