Joe Nigos is responsible for driving business development through targeted acquisitions and dispositions. Throughout his career, Mr. Nigos has completed the acquisition and disposition of over $1 billion in real estate spanning all asset classes, including retail, office, industrial and multifamily.
Prior to joining Sridhar Equities, he was a Director at Newmark Cornish and Carey (now “Newmark Knight Frank”) where he closed upwards of $350 million in transactional volume throughout his brokerage career. Prior to Newmark, Mr. Nigos began his real estate career at Marcus & Millichap where he developed numerous brokerage relationships, many of which he continues to work with today.
Mr. Nigos graduated from San Jose State University with a B.A. in Sociology. While at San Jose State University, he played football as a defensive lineman and was a 4-year starter.
