Born and raised in Maryland, Joe went to college locally and graduated from Salisbury University and the Johns Hopkins University’s Whiting School of Engineering. When not rehabbing or helping others buy and sell homes, Joe can be found serving on the local community improvement association board, catching an O’s game, or spending time on the Chesapeake Bay.
