Joe Pastora is a high-impact, high-performing sales executive with a proven track record in the commercial real estate arena. As a managing partner of Stockdale Investment Group, he specializes in administering sales operations, developing new business opportunities, and increasing revenue streams. Under Pastora’s results-oriented leadership, the company has grown to over 1 million-square-feet of property with values in excess of $250 million. Pastora’s multi-faceted entrepreneurial style combines powerful business acumen with strong interpersonal skills, making him an effective team leader, motivator and communicator. Areas of expertise include acquisitions, dispositions, developments, entitlements, financial modeling and forecasting, among others. He currently is part of the Young Presidents’ Organization and is an official member of the Forbes Real Estate Council. Prior to joining Stockdale in 2010, Pastora was a Vice President with two La Jolla, California-based financial firms: Sierra Capital Investment Partners and Marcus & Millichap. He holds a B.S. degree from San Diego State University, a graduate finance certificate from SMU’s prestigious Edwin L. Cox School of Business, and is a licensed real estate broker in Texas and California. Professional affiliations include ULI, ICSC, NTCAR, CCIM and TREC.
