Joe Perez is a Managing Director of Real Estate for Greystar Property Management Services. Joe oversees the real estate operations in Houston and the company's Latin America platform, where he is responsible for a mixed-use portfolio in Mexico City and Monterrey. With over twenty-four years of successful experience in property management, Joe has an extensive background in portfolio management and strategic repositioning of conventional, affordable, and student-living assets.
Since joining Greystar in 1996, Joe sustained and expanded his experience in evaluating and maximizing asset performance, new construction development and lease-up, financial results analysis, underwriting, due diligence overview, and renovation expertise. Prior to joining Greystar in 1996, Joe held a Regional Property Manager position with Pinnacle, where he managed a diverse portfolio. He holds a Certified Occupancy Specialist accreditation from the National Center for Housing Management and is a Certified Property Manager candidate through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
