As Vice President of Brokerage at Dominion Commercial | Atlantic CRE, Joe has over 20 years experience in sales and leasing, specializing in the sale of shopping centers and investment properties. Over the years he has worked with local, regional and national tenants and has assisted them in procuring new space in the market, from the LOI stage through construction and opening. Joe has settled real estate transactions consisting of hundreds of millions of dollars and has worked with individual and institutional investors on the sale of single or multi-tenant buildings, shopping centers and professional office buildings. Mr. Pfahler is a Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from James Madison University.
