Bio
Joe joined Colliers on the Rotational Graduate Scheme in September 2023. In the first 12 months of the scheme, he worked within the Valuation and Advisory department, covering both Commercial and Residential valuations, predominantly for secured lending purposes. In September 2024, he rotated to both the Automotive and Industrial & Logistics team, covering Yorkshire and the wider North of England. He has previously undertaken a placement year with the Commercial Valuation Team at Knight Frank in Leeds. Alongside work duties, he is now studying towards his RICS qualification status, which he hopes to complete by Spring 2025.
