Bio
Joe joined Clive Emson Auctioneers in 2023 as an auction appraiser after spending 8 years working as a lettings manager for an independent property management firm in Portsmouth. Having become fully qualified to Level 3 Residential Letting and Property Management and after working in both sales and lettings Joe is experienced in dealing with all types of properties from commercial to residential and experienced working in an area covering Hampshire, West Sussex and the Isle of Wight. Outside of the office Joe is married to Hannah and has a young son, Henry, who keeps him busy at evenings and weekends. Whenever possible Joe likes to attend all types of Motorsport and cycling events and plays in a weekly Snooker league.
