Joe Simpson is a Director of Investment Sales at RIPCO Real
Estate, where he specializes in the acquisition and disposition of
multi-tenant shopping centers and single-tenant net lease assets.
A North Florida native, Joe brings over a decade of experience
in retail investment sales and real estate development. He
began his career in urban infill mixed-use development before
transitioning to brokerage, where he honed his expertise at
Marcus & Millichap and later at CBRE, co-leading the firm’s
North Florida Retail Capital Markets team. Throughout his career,
Joe has advised private investors, developers, and institutional
owners, leveraging his deep market knowledge and transactional
experience to maximize value and deliver results.
