I help business owners and investors lease, purchase, and sell commercial real estate with clarity and confidence. I started my career in 2007—knocking on doors in Inland Empire industrial parks by day and working nights at the Mission Inn Restaurant—learning early that consistency, courage, and integrity outwork everything else.
Those values shaped the foundation of Stance Commercial Real Estate. My wife, Heidi (CCIM, Ed.D.), and I built Stance as a family-driven brokerage rooted in faith, service, and treating people the way we’d want to be treated. Together, we guide clients through complex CRE decisions with honesty, strategy, and a long-term mindset.
I earned my CCIM designation in 2020 and later my SIOR designation, reinforcing the analytical depth, market expertise, and production standards behind every deal we negotiate.
Today, we represent owners, investors, developers, and growing organizations across Southern California—helping them maximize value, negotiate from strength, and move decisively in a competitive market.
I’ve been honored to support the City of Riverside business community, speak at industry and university events, and receive recognition such as the Business Impact Award from the Riverside Pick Group of Young Professionals.
