Following in his father, Howard’s footsteps, Joe has led his team of appraisers, brokers, leasing agents and property managers to growth and success that keeps his older clients happy and newer clients joining in. Joe’s 30+ year career has accumulated over $150 million dollars in sales, 10,000 appraisals and the launch of the Wilcox Property Management branch of the firm. He is a past President of The NorthCenter Chamber of Commerce and a current member of the Lincoln Park Builders Club. He is an approachable expert in all aspects of Real Estate in Chicago.
