Originally starting as a schoolteacher, Joel transitioned to management consulting and then education philanthropy. He is an experienced project manager, tech founder, and nonprofit executive, providing a wealth of cross-sector knowledge for clients seeking homes or investment opportunities in Port Aransas and the surrounding Coastal Bend.
After spending years in Alamo Heights, Joel and his family relocated to Port Aransas and made it their forever home. When he's not helping people find special coastal homes, Joel is surfing, fishing or playing with his five children. Joel is the founder for KIPP University Prep High School and City Education Partners - education institutions in San Antonio that serve youth in the urban core. In addition to starting his real estate career, Joel also spends time doing consulting work in education, nonprofit management and small business.
