Joel Merrick is the Property Manager and Leasing Agent for Coastal Commercial. Joel specializes in commercial management and leasing throughout the southern California coast. He assists investors finding income properties, leasing, and managing a wide range of commercial properties and has extensive experience dealing successfully with individuals and businesses. Joel implements long-term strategic plans with individuals, property owners, and business owners to build trusting relationships in several service areas.
After attending Sonoma State University, Joel worked in the wine and spirits industry, where he managed the sales team for the greater Los Angeles region. Joel specializes in providing excellent customer service and in developing strong relationships with key clients. In his free time, Joel enjoys golf and tennis and he still enjoys good wine from time to time.
