Joel Yarmak is a Managing Director and Chief Accounting Officer of Harbor. In that role he oversees the various accounting groups, the treasury and cash management function and the investor relations and payroll and benefits financial support groups. His responsibilities include financial reporting, cash management and the tax function.
Prior to joining Harbor Mr. Yarmak was a real estate industry assurance partner at Deloitte, a “big four” accounting firm and Vice president of Financial Operation at Kimco Realty the largest community mall REIT in the country.
Mr. Yarmak holds a CPA designation.
