Bio
Mr. Zusman serves as Vice President of Fund Management & Analytics for Sterling Organization and its related companies. In his role, Mr. Zusman is responsible for maximizing the efficiency of fund operations and overseeing portfolio analytics.
Previously, Mr. Zusman served as Senior Associate at the Aztec Group where he was responsible for transactions including underwriting, financial analysis, creation of financing requests, offering memoranda and retail asset management. While at the Aztec Group, Mr. Zusman was involved in capital markets transactions in excess of $1 billion.
Prior to joining the Aztec Group, Mr. Zusman was a Senior Financial Analyst with CBRE’s Florida Investment Property Retail team, where he helped close on the sale of over 12.5 million square feet of shopping centers with an aggregate value exceeding $2 billion.
Mr. Zusman holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA, from the University of Miami.
