Mr. Godbold is Managing Director & CEO of SVN Percival Partners. He is responsible for the leadership and performance of the firm. His brokerage team has expertise in a variety of specialties, including land, office, industrial, retail and investment real estate. In his personal practice, he specializes in investment and light industrial properties. His goal is to lead others to live an abundant life.
Career Highlights
Godbold has accumulated 40 years of experience in the commercial-investment real estate industry. He was co-founder and principal of a brokerage and development firm in Mobile, Alabama, where he developed numerous light industrial properties as well as self storage facilities in South Alabama and Northwest Florida. After moving to Charlotte in 1993, he served as an operating partner in a regional commercial real estate appraisal firm, and as President/COO of a Charlotte-based medical office development firm. He joined Percival Partners as a principal and Co-Managing Member in 2005 and became CEO in 2014. In addition to his duties in that role, he , he serves the needs private and institutional clients with specializations in investment and self-storage properties. He also takes pleasure in developing new-to-the-business commercial advisors as well as mentoring established advisors.
