Bio
John Akleh is a seasoned real estate professional with a strong foundation in psychology, finance, and commercial brokerage. He holds a degree in Psychology from Syracuse University and a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate. Beginning his real estate career at just 18, John gained hands-on experience advising and managing properties across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Miami. Following Syracuse, he advanced his expertise through coursework at CUNY and NYU Schack. Early in his career, John trained under the Vice President of Marcus & Millichap in New York, completing a year-long internship and assistant role. By 2010, he earned his real estate license and went on to oversee the commercial divisions of City Solutions and Area New York. In 2015, John co-founded Sido New York Real Estate with his brother William, honoring their father Elias’s entrepreneurial legacy. Today, as CEO, he continues to lead operations in both New York and Florida. Licensed in New York and Miami, John advises clients on investment, leasing, and asset strategies across major markets.
