John has over 30 years experience in commercial real estate as an appraiser, underwriter, mortgage banker, mortgage broker, lender and broker. He is also an owner of commercial and residential income properties. John’s depth of experience adds significant value to property owners and users. John is a licensed 220 insurance agent specializing in commercial property and casualty
John graduated from the University of South Florida with a Masters of Business Administration with emphasis in Finance and Marketing. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Florida Southern College.
He is married to Anne-Marie Ayers, a commercial real estate broker with CB Richard Ellis, and has two daughters, Lauren and Lindsay. John has a passion for aviation and has a Commercial Pilot’s License with Instrument, Multi Engine and Sea Plane Ratings. He also enjoys fishing, boating and travel.
