Bio
John Bozzo earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Arizona. After a brief hiatus practicing accounting in Colorado, he returned to the University of Arizona to obtain his law degree. From there he continued his education at the University of Washington earning his Master’s Degree in Tax Law, graduating second in his class. Mr. Bozzo returned to Arizona to begin his career as a real estate tax consultant with the prestigious accounting firm of Deloitte and Touche. After 3 years with Deloitte and Touche, he transitioned into the real estate industry and began working with Mr. Winssinger.
Mr. Bozzo is currently involved in all aspects of the operations at RW Partners, including acquisitions/disposition, deal structure, analysis of potential deals, due diligence, investor relations, financing and management of the investment committee. He also serves as chief financial officer of an affiliated entity with oversight of the legal, accounting and tax compliance for over 150 entities.
