John, a Charlotte native, joined New South in October 2023 initially as an analyst, leading to a seamless transition into a brokerage role in January 2024. Before joining New South, John gained valuable experience as an investment intern at Centerlane Capital where he conducted thorough asset management reviews for the company's substantial $487M portfolio, providing critical insights for both management and investors. Additionally, John actively participated in Centerlane's real estate investment committee, showcasing his commitment and proficiency in the industry.
John recently graduated from the University of Alabama in May 2023 where he majored in both business and real estate through The Culverhouse College of Business.
