John is responsible for the sourcing of acquisition and development opportunities while also serving as an asset manager for Citimark owned assets throughout the Southeast Region of the United States. As SVP, John’s main focus is expanding Citimark’s industrial and office platform in the Southeast while also focusing on maximizing the value of the existing Citimark portfolio. John has held various real estate positions: Heitman – Portfolio Management, Henderson Global Investors (now TIAA-CREF) – Transactions. Previous to joining Citimark, John was an Associate Director with HFF (now JLL) where he specialized in the financing and re-capitalization of investment real estate. John earned his B.S. degree in Economics from Northwestern University.
