The founder, Mr. John L. Cole broadened his horizons and ventured into the ownership/ management spectrum of his already established real estate career. Mr. Cole's business endeavor launched swiftly within the Dallas/ Fort Worth area prior to his transition to Clear Lake, Texas, in 1994. Appreciating the cities growth potential within the commercial industry, Twenty Twenty Properties, Inc. proclaimed the City of Clear Lake to be the center piece of its acquisitions and the home of the corporate office.
Due to ongoing achievements, the Twenty Twenty Properties, Inc. portfolio has increased to over 1 million leasable square feet. The portfolio consists of Office, Medical, Industrial buildings as well as Warehouse space located within the immediate and surrounding areas. The tenant profile consists of small business entrepreneurs and large proclaimed enterprises such as, Wyle Laboratories Inc., Lockheed Martin LMC., Haldor Topsoe, Oceaneering Space Systems, Bailey and Galyen and many more.
