John Colletti serves as Senior Managing Director of Development in Southern California, where he leads the firm’s development activities in the San Diego and metro areas. His responsibilities include managing all aspects of the development process, including site acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, design, financing, and dispositions for Mill Creek communities. Mr. Colletti has been directly involved in the development of over $2 billion of multifamily assets in southern California over his 17-year real estate career.
Prior to opening Mill Creek’s San Diego Office in 2020, Mr. Colletti served as Vice President in the company’s Orange County office where he was responsible for the identification and development of several communities throughout southern California. Prior to joining Mill Creek in 2018, Mr. Colletti managed the acquisition and development processes for Lennar Multifamily Communities and The Picerne Group in Newport Beach, CA.
