Based in London but active across continental Europe, Corlett brings a wealth of international experience to the role, combining his previous leadership of the firm’s International Agency department with deep expertise in retail tenant advisory. He operates across the UK and continental Europe, providing strategic guidance to a wide array of global retail clients. joined Newmark in 2019 when the company acquired Harper Dennis Hobbs. He works closely with retailers such as ALO Yoga, Issey Miyake, Watches of Switzerland, Carolina Herrera, Axel Arigato, Asket, Ganni, Reformation and Watches of Switzerland, amongst others. Corlett is fluent in French and Spanish and has over a decade of experience transacting in international markets.
