As the CDO of Kolter, John is responsible for overseeing the development of the firm’s long-term strategic assets, with a particular focus on land use and entitlement.
At Kolter, John has helped to guide the company’s development activities. John has overseen the acquisition and development of high-rise, low-rise, and master-planned communities. Prior to joining Kolter, John served as Executive Vice President of St. Andrews Development Company.
John earned a BA degree from Princeton University and is a licensed Florida general contractor.
