John has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 20 years, initially working as a commercial field researcher for Costar Group in 1999, which is the largest commercial real estate database research firm. In 2002, John started working on the brokerage side of business as a tenant representative broker also assisting clients and investors with acquisitions and dispositions of a variety of properties in Greater Houston and surrounding areas. Clients include retail, medical, fitness, legal, educational, and general businesses. John also worked for Wireless Capital Partners which was a company leading in cellular lease buyouts throughout the country. Educating property owners with antenna or tower leases, the benefits of lump sum buyout vs. the risk of income elimination.
