John DeMartini is responsible for acquisition due diligence, acquisition closings, dispositions, refinance transactions, and target market research.
Since joining the Virtú team in 2015, John has been involved in over $2.8 billion in total volume across more than 65 transactions. Prior to Virtú, John was an Associate at Marcus & Millichap in San Diego, CA.
