John Flaherty is a Managing Director on the JLL Capital Markets team, based in Boston, MA. In his role, he exclusively advises clients in the valuation, marketing, and disposition of multifamily investment properties and development opportunities throughout the New England region.
Prior to joining JLL in 2025, John served as Senior Director within the Multi-Family Advisory Group at Cushman & Wakefield. Before joining Cushman, John was an Assistant Vice President at Colliers International. During his career, John has participated in more than $4 billion in multi-family housing transactions, on behalf of institutional, private, and non-profit clients.
