John came to the Baker Katz team with years of valuable experience and knowledge under his belt as an industry professional specializing in tenant representation, site selection, leasing and
acquisition and financial analysis. As a broker with Baker Katz, John will be responsible for tenant representation.
Throughout his career, John was an associate at McCord Development, and later, a broker with Axis Tenant Advisors. His responsibilities have varied over the years, focused primarily on
tenant representation and major development projects, including the development for Generation Park, a 4,000-acre mixed-use property. Over the course of his career John has
worked on over 3 million square feet of transactions.
Born and raised in Houston, John attended Texas Christian University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Neeley School of Business. He is part of the Kinkaid Young
Professionals Organization and Young Alumni Association at the Kinkaid School. He enjoys the outdoors, especially golfing and hunting, and is an active member in his church. John resides in
Houston with his wife, Claire.
