As the recipient of the 1992 Realtor Associate of the Year award from the Santa Ynez Valley Board of Realtors is just one reflection of Mr. Frederick’s character and experience. As a third-generation native resident of the Santa Ynez Valley and student of local history, Mr. Frederick knows almost nearly every piece of property and the history behind it in the area. He graduated from Santa Ynez Valley High School in 1972 where, as a student-athlete, he was a multi-sport participant and star football player, and his talents led him to play for the California State University at Sacramento. After college, John returned to his home and has helped people buy and sell real estate in the area since 1978. His winning attitude and hands-on experience in real estate include the sale of numerous ranches, estate, agricultural and development land, and commercial, and residential properties. With career closings in excess of $270,000,000, he has been a consistent “Top Producer” with his commitment to a personal caring, and hardworking diligent style that ensures the continued loyalty and trust of his clients.
