I’m a Commercial Real Estate Broker with Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Co. focused on helping developers, investors, and business owners find the right opportunities across Coastal North Carolina and South Carolina.
My career path has been anything but traditional. Over the past seven+ years - I’ve worked in metalworking, municipal government, firefighting/emergency management, residential land development, and commercial real estate. That diverse background allows me to approach real estate with a practical, problem-solving mindset and a strong commitment to service.
Most recently, I spent 1.5 years as a Land Acquisition Manager with Forestar Group, where I sourced and evaluated residential development opportunities and worked through the entitlement process from raw land to finished lots. I worked closely with engineers, municipalities, and development teams to analyze feasibility, navigate phasing, manage development budgets, and support negotiations. This hands-on development experience gives me a unique perspective when advising clients on site selection and land strategy.
Today, I leverage market research, negotiation, and strong communication to guide clients through the commercial, multifamily, and single-family site selection process. I pride myself on being responsive, transparent, and focused on delivering results.
