John has a strong focus on tech companies, creative users, educational institutions, and high-profile organizations, helping them navigate relocations, renewals, renegotiations, and dispositions.
John began his career at Huff & Gaines, where he served as a legal assistant and coordinated more than 500 successful single-family and condominium transactions. In 2007, he joined Newmark’s Chicago office, where he spent over 15 years specializing in tenant representation and business development. John graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, providing him with a strong foundation in understanding client needs and building lasting relationships.
