John Garrigan is a Principal and leads the Acquisitions Group at LBA Realty, with functional responsibilities spanning acquisitions and dispositions, asset management, and capital markets. John has been with LBA Realty for over a decade and a half and has almost two decades of total real estate experience. Prior to this current role, Garrigan served as Director of Portfolio Leasing & Acquisitions at Cruzan and as a Broker covering office and industrial properties at CBRE. Before entering the real estate industry, John served as a Marine officer and Naval Aviator for nine years, flying the AH-1W SuperCobra attack helicopter and serving as a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
