John grew up on the Northwest side of Chicago and attended Fenwick H.S. Leading up to his career with Jameson Commercial, John was a Manager of Apartment Buildings while working Full time in the Financial Services field. In 2003, John was recruited by George Broz with the Broz Group Real Estate in Chicago, IL. Most of his work responsibilities with the Broz Group involved Income Property sales, Apartment Building, Student Housing & Mixed Use Property sales. John was a Top Producer with the Broz Group and received Multi-Family sales awards from the Chicago Association of Realtors. 70% of his Clients were in Chicago, while the rest had Student Housing and other Income Properties in Minnesota as well as Downstate Illinois.
