John Gessford has brokered commercial real estate specializing in the sale of commercial properties for over twenty-five years.
John is a Senior Vice President, Principal at Lee & Associates Newport Beach CA office.
Prior to Lee & Associates, John was the Director of the commercial real estate division at First Team Commercial for over 15 years and brokered all property types such as; retail, office, industrial, multi-family, hospitality, and land development all over Southern California.
John started his real estate career at CBRE, representing institutional clients such as: The Knoll Company, SunAmerica, Lincoln Properties, Johnson Controls, Fleming Co., and Mercedes-Benz. While at CBRE, John was awarded the Distinguished Salesman Award.
John holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona. A member of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Members). Member of NAR (National Association of Realtors).
John lives in Corona del Mar with his wife and serves on the Irvine Terrace Association Board.
