Bio
John is a graduate of Clemson University holding a B.S. degree in Forest Management and a M.S. degree in Forestry with a minor in Civil Engineering (Remote Sensing). The first half of his career was spent with a large international forest products company, with whom he worked in various positions related to environmental issues, sawmill technology, development and management of private landowner assistance programs, evaluations and implementation of forest leasing programs, wood procurement and transportation supporting paper mills and manufacturing facilities throughout the US, Canada and Europe. The second half of his career has been with Milliken Forestry Company, during which time he has designed and implemented forest inventories, analyzed timberland and real estate investments and developed further education and experience as a Certified General Appraiser. John has developed proprietary growth, his appraisal experience includes lenders, estate planning, conflict resolution, partial or restricted ownership interests and other property rights, involving all types of properties including residential, commercial, recreational, conservation and other land uses.
